LVT is a flexible plank flooring engineered around a core of cushioned vinyl. Where SPC is rigid and structural, LVT is supple. The result is a floor that’s noticeably softer underfoot, considerably quieter overhead, and more forgiving on the ear in echoey, hard-walled rooms.
For Dubai apartments and family villas in particular, LVT is the right answer when comfort matters more than ruggedness: bedrooms, nurseries, hospitality lobbies, and any space that asks for warmth underfoot. Like SPC, it’s 100% waterproof. So it can still go in kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry rooms without a second thought.
