Between us, we’ve spent over ten years renovating and remodelling homes, and on almost every project, we ran into the same wall when it came to flooring. Good-quality materials were expensive. Affordable options cut corners. And finding installers who treated your home with care, turned up when they said they would, and stood behind their work? That felt like asking for too much.
You could usually get two of those three. Rarely all three at once.
So we built the flooring company we’d have wanted to deal with ourselves.

We specialise in LVT, SPC, and engineered wood, flooring that’s built to look beautiful and stand up to real, everyday life. Whether you’re after the warmth of timber, the resilience of stone-composite, or the versatility of luxury vinyl, we’ll help you find the right floor for your space and your budget, then fit it properly.
We also offer wrapping services, giving tired surfaces a fresh, modern finish without the cost or disruption of a full replacement.

Quietly, but seriously, we try to make this the least wasteful flooring company we can.
That means choosing manufacturers who share the brief: long-life products, recycled core content, low-emission finishes, and oak from forests that are managed for the next generation rather than bled for this one. It also means specifying carefully, measuring honestly, and ordering close to actual scope. The cleanest m² is the one that doesn’t ship.
We don’t make grand claims. We do the small ones, consistently:

Engineered Wood
Real European oak with multi-ply stability. Pre-order with a 4-8 week lead time, sustainably sourced.
Wrapping
Architectural vinyl for kitchens, doors, and joinery. A faster, cleaner, less wasteful refresh than full replacement.
Installation
In-house install crews who do nothing else. Backed by a two-year workmanship guarantee, alongside the manufacturer warranty.
